One of the utility boxes that was embellished by a local artist in the context of the PaintBox Program initiated by the Boston Art Commission. “Pop Art Flowers, Etc.” was designed by Howie Green in 2010 and is located on the intersection of High Street and Pearl Street in Downtown Boston.
