Thanks, but he difficulty is that the tree does not have leaves yet.
Even a closer look at the flowers might help, but you have to wait for them to open up. Wild guess would some sort of fruit tree perhaps.
It’s probably a witch hazel (Hamamelis intermedia)?!? I didn’t know that hamamelis can be red as well…
